Warranty
Any repair or replacement services should be obtained only through Apple Authorised Service Providers (such as A.LAB or QCD Technology). Customers are advised to keep the original invoice issued by Polaris for warranty purpose.
Returns & Exchanges
Non Apple products
- All items sold are strictly non-refundable and change-of-mind exchanges are not applicable.
- Items with hardware mechanical defects or failures that affect product function may be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase, please email us at sales@wearepolaris.com.
Apple Products
- All items sold are strictly non-refundable.
- Sealed items with unopened packaging may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for other items (equal or greater amount).
- Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition
- Items must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any)
- Items with hardware mechanical defects or failures that affect product function may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- Items with cosmetic imperfections or defects are not eligible for exchange. Neither Apple nor Polaris Network Pte Ltd provides any warranty for cosmetic imperfections or defects.
- Open-box software packages, earphones, headphones, hard disks, screen protectors are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Only “On-going” products qualify for return or exchange; “End-of-life”, discontinued or clearance products do not qualify for return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase (original receipt) is required in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
- All iPhones sold have to be open and activated at the time of purchase.
- Products sold with AppleCare / AppleCare+ are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All deposits and pre-orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Any repair or replacement services should be obtained only through Apple Authorised Service Providers (such as A.LAB or QCD Technology).
- Polaris is not liable for any service and/or admin charges charged by the respective Apple Authorised Service Provider.
All duty-free or tax-free purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All software key cards and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns / exchange will only be processed once the items has been received and checked by us. Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return.
Online Orders
We are able to accept return/exchange requests if:
• The wrong items were delivered to you;
• Damaged/defective items were delivered to you; or
• You did not receive your items.
We wish to highlight that all items sold are strictly non-refundable and change-of-mind exchanges are not applicable.
Return Requirements
Please contact us at sales@wearepolaris.com within 3 days of receipt of the item with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Do ensure that your items fulfils the conditions below:
• Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition
• Items must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any)
Returns/ exchange will only be processed once the items has been received and checked by us. Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
Incorrect item
If you received the wrong product, please email us at sales@wearepolaris.com within 3 days of receipt of the item.
Returned items must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging with the original tags and tickets. Items that show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or return.
Polaris Network Pte Ltd reserves the right to inspect the condition of the items prior to any exchange or return.
Damaged item (Exchange)
If you received a faulty product, please email us at sales@wearepolaris.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. Exchange is only applicable if the items received is not in satisfactory condition. Apple products still under warranty have to be referred to an Apple Service Provider. The faulty product (non-Apple) will be replaced with the exact same model and variant unless there are no available stocks. In which case, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis to replace with a different model or variant at your written agreement.
Polaris Network Pte Ltd reserves the right to inspect the condition of the items prior to any exchange or return and refund.

- We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.
- By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this order and Privacy Policy of our website. Once the order is submitted, no further changes can be made.
